Subscriptions are billed per server. Here's how every change is handled.
Move from Premium to Ultimate anytime. The higher caps and extra features unlock immediately.
Drop to a lower tier and it applies at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Move a subscription between your servers from My Account. Transfers take 48 hours to complete (anti-abuse); Premium stays active on the original server until it lands, and your used quota moves with it — a transfer doesn't reset your usage or your billing date. You can cancel a pending transfer anytime.
Cancelling stops the next charge; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
All sales are final. We may issue goodwill refunds for genuine billing errors within 14 days, at our discretion. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy may also refund directly to resolve a dispute.
If pricing changes, your active subscription keeps its original price until the end of the current period; renewals bill at the new price after that.

Your $7.99/mo covers the Cyndrix plumbing only — the AI itself stays completely free from us; you pay your provider directly at their rates. We never use your key for anything but your own server, it's stored encrypted, and only you (the server owner) can view or change it.

No. Free is permanent and includes all 28 modules. Premium and Ultimate only raise caps and unlock AI chat, scheduling, AI moderation and insights.
One simple monthly pool that powers every AI feature: CyndrixAI chat, live translation, AI moderation, summaries and insights all draw from the same balance. No juggling separate quotas: most actions cost 1 point, summaries cost 3, and a full insights report costs 5. Your plan decides how many you get each month (Free 500 · Premium 10,000 · Ultimate 25,000), and the monthly pool refills to that amount on the 1st of every month.
Your monthly plan points don't roll over. The monthly pool resets to your plan's amount on the 1st of each month, so any monthly points you didn't use don't carry into the next month. Add-on point packs are different: AI Action Points you buy on top of your plan carry forward and stay in your balance until you spend them — they aren't wiped at the monthly reset.
Nexus ($7.99/mo) gives you the full Ultimate feature set, but instead of drawing from Cyndrix's AI Action Points, every AI feature runs on your own provider key. You add it once in Dashboard → Admin → AI Provider & API Key and pick your provider: Google Gemini (the cheapest for most servers), OpenAI, DeepSeek, Kimi, xAI, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. There are no Action-Point limits — you pay your AI provider directly at their rates. It's ideal for large or AI-heavy servers that want predictable, at-cost AI.
No. We never use your key for anything except powering AI on the server you added it to — never for our own models, never for other servers. It's stored encrypted at rest and is never shown again after you save it. Only you, the server owner, can view usage, replace, or remove it. The AI usage itself is completely free from us — your $7.99/mo covers only the Cyndrix integration; your provider bills you directly. Remove the key anytime and AI features simply pause until you add a new one.
