Quick fixes

Cyndrix isn't responding to commands

Check that Cyndrix's role is high enough in your role list and that it has permission to view and send in the channel. Re-inviting with the recommended permissions fixes most issues.

A scheduled post or giveaway didn't fire on time

Scheduled features run within a short window of the target time and can be delayed if the bot was briefly offline. Set your server timezone on the dashboard overview so times display and repeat correctly.

The dashboard won't show my server

You only see servers where you have Manage Server permission and the bot is in the server — Cyndrix, or your Bot Profile bot on Nexus. Make sure both are true, then log out and back in.

How do I delete my data?

Admins can clear most data from the dashboard. For a full export or deletion, email us with your Discord user ID and the server, and check the Privacy Policy.

How do I add my own AI key (Nexus)?

Subscribe the server to Nexus from Dashboard → Premium, then open Dashboard → Admin → AI Provider & API Key, pick your provider (Google Gemini is the cheapest for most servers; OpenAI, DeepSeek, Kimi, xAI and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint also work), paste your key and hit Save & Validate. Every AI feature then runs on your key with no Action-Point limits. Only the server owner can manage the key.

What happened to Cyndrix Civ?

It is permanently retired. Worlds no longer tick, and the game commands are gone. Cyndrix is focused on server management from the dashboard. Reaction GIFs (cb hug and friends) still work if you turn them on under Dashboard → Commands.

How do I run Cyndrix as my own Discord bot?

That is Bot Profile, on Nexus. Server owner only. Dashboard → Admin → Bot Profile: create an application in the Discord Developer Portal, leave Public Bot on, turn Requires OAuth2 Code Grant off, enable Server Members + Message Content intents, paste the bot token only, invite with Administrator, then Enable. Cyndrix leaves once yours is online. Rebuild panels afterwards so old buttons work. Full walkthrough: How to make Bot Profile work.

Do you use or store my AI key?

No. On Nexus your key is used only to power AI on the server you added it to — never for our own models or other servers. It's stored encrypted, never shown again after saving, and only the server owner can view usage, replace, or remove it. The AI usage is free from us — your Nexus fee covers the integration only; your provider bills you directly. See the Terms for the full policy.

AI stopped working on my Nexus server

This usually means your AI key was rejected — it may be invalid, out of credit, or rate-limited by your provider. Open Dashboard → Admin → AI Provider & API Key; if the status shows KEY FAILED, check your provider account, then paste a fresh key and hit Save & Validate.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Log in on this page. Support holds your tickets — bug reports, feedback and subscription questions — each with an ID and a thread you can reply in, and you can attach up to 5 images (3 MB each). Suggestions is separate: ideas go to our review queue and you'll see Accepted or Declined here once we decide. The Need help? button in your dashboard opens this page. You can also use /botsuggestion in any server, or post in the support server.
