Members save a day and month; Cyndrix announces it in your channel.

What it does

Members save their birthday with /birthday set, look one up with /birthday view, and remove it with /birthday remove. On the day, Cyndrix posts in the channel you pick — plain text or a card you design on the dashboard.

It's a small feature that does something no other module does: it gives people a reason to be greeted by name.

Worth knowing

• Members only give a day and month — no year, so nothing sensitive is stored.
• Channel, timezone, embed vs text, and the message live on the dashboard Birthdays tab — not in slash commands.
• Announcements fire on a daily check, so they land at a consistent time rather than at midnight in every timezone at once.
