What it does

A proper suggestion box: members post with /suggest, everyone upvotes or downvotes, and staff approve or deny with a reason attached. The decision stays visible on the original post, so nobody has to ask what happened to an idea.

/botsuggestion is separate — it sends a suggestion about Cyndrix itself to the development server rather than to your staff.

Setup

  1. /suggestconfig or the dashboard — set the suggestions channel and, if you want them separated, a channel for approved ones.
  2. Tell members where to post. A suggestion channel nobody knows about collects nothing.
  3. Always give a reason when denying. A denied suggestion with an explanation builds trust; a silent denial does the opposite and you'll get the same suggestion again in a month.
